If you're not satisfied with the TaskWise Method, request a full refund within 60 days of purchase — no hard feelings.
We want you to feel confident in your purchase of the TaskWise Method (the "Product"), a digital product sold for a one-time payment of $29 USD. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work.
1. 60-Day Guarantee
You may request a full refund of your purchase price within 60 calendar days of the original transaction date. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@taskwisehub.com from the email address you used at checkout, and include:
- Your full name;
- The email address used for the purchase;
- Your order or receipt number (if available).
We may ask for brief feedback to help us improve, but a reason is not required to receive your refund within the guarantee window.
3. Processing Your Refund
Once your request is received and approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card provider.
4. Eligibility & Exceptions
- The 60-day guarantee applies to first-time purchases of the Product.
- We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show evidence of fraud, abuse of this policy, or violation of our Terms of Use (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund activity).
